  2. How do you manage running thoughts?

  3. When you feel strongly about something, how do you handle it?

  4. Do you take time to reflect on your thoughts and why you’re thinking them?

  5. Do you set personal goals and work toward them?

  6. Do you enjoy motivating and empowering others?

  7. Do you empathize with others when they are in a bad mood, or depressed?

  8. Are you an encourager?

  9. Do you enjoy spending time alone more than socializing?

  10. Do you enjoy your own company?

  11. Can you explain your feelings in detail?
