Exercise 1

Answer the following questions.

  • Make a list of all your best personal qualities (Write at least 50 things).

  • Do you love yourself? Why, or why not?

  • How can you improve on self-love?

  • Focus on your self-talk. Do you speak to yourself positively or negatively? Make notes each time you notice that you are speaking positively or negatively to yourself.

  • Ask friends and family if they think your self-image is positive or negative.

  • List several ways in which you can add value to yourself.

  • List several ways in which you can add value to others.
