Karlene Millwood International Inc. (KMI) is seeking a Social Media & Content Assistant to support our digital presence across platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student, emerging professional, or career-switcher looking to gain hands-on experience in leadership consulting, thought leadership branding, and strategic communications.

What You’ll Do

Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed)
Support content repurposing (articles → posts, quotes, short-form content)
Assist with light research on trends in leadership, workplace culture, and strategy
Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Provide ideas for improving engagement and reach
