Karlene A. Millwood, MBA

Karlene A. Millwood is the Founder and CEO of Karlene Millwood International Inc., a leadership and strategic transformation firm advising organizations across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors.

She is the creator of the PRISM™  and EMERGE™ Leadership Frameworks, and IMPACT™ Strategic Planning Methodology, which support leadership formation, culture transformation, and enterprise-wide cohesion in complex and evolving environments.

An Adjunct Professor in International Business Management, Karlene combines academic insight with real-world application to equip leaders with practical, strategic capabilities.

Her commitment to leadership development extends to community and organizational initiatives, including her role as Co-Chair of a Women’s Leadership Network, where she supported mentorship, professional development, and programs advancing opportunities for women and girls.

Karlene’s work has been recognized through multiple leadership awards. She is a member of the Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce and other respected professional organizations, and serves as a designated Women’s Global Peace Ambassador through the Women’s Federation for World Peace, a UN-affiliated organization.

Karlene is also recognized for her principled approach to leadership, helping organizations strengthen decision-making, navigate complexity, and build for long-term impact.
