About the event
Quarterly Talk Series... Women are demanding more from work, and they’re leaving their companies in unprecedented numbers to get it. Women leaders are switching jobs at the highest rates we’ve ever seen—and at higher rates than men in leadership. (McKinsey) Data published in my book, Self-Perception in Gender Inequities and Career Advancement for Minority Women in 2019, states that "only 29% of senior management roles are held by women globally. In Canada, men hold 90% of C-Level roles. In actual numbers, that means of 532 C-Level positions only 53 are filled by women. The numbers look similar in the USA." More light is being shed on this issue, and some companies are stepping up to lead the change. How can Corporate Leaders promote gender equality? Let's Talk!
