Qualifications:

Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, Emotional Intelligence, Women’s Leadership, Ethical Leadership, Curriculum Design, or Entrepreneurship.

Minimum of 5 years of consulting, training, or leadership experience.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
-
Experience in designing and delivering tailored leadership programs is an asset.

A track record of ethical, values-driven leadership.
-
Relevant certifications (e.g., leadership coaching, strategic planning) are a plus.

Masters Degree in a related field or relevant work experience.

You Will Be Responsible For:

Leading or co-facilitating leadership development workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements.

Collaborating with KMI to develop customized leadership solutions for clients.

Providing thought leadership through speaking engagements and webinars.
-
Contributing to the ongoing development of KMI’s leadership programs, such as PRISM, Emerge, and Human-Centric Transformation.

Offering strategic insights and recommendations to clients for driving sustainable change in leadership practices.

Representing KMI’s values of ethical leadership, inclusion, and regeneration in all interactions.
