KMI's The Josiah Order™ is a modern, practical curriculum that equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and values to navigate life, create opportunity, and lead with purpose.
"Train up a child in the way he should go [teaching him to seek God's wisdom and will for his abilities and talents], Even when he is old he will not depart from it." -- Proverbs 22:6 AMP
For generations, this verse has often been interpreted primarily through the lens of behaviour: teach children right from wrong, correct them when they fall out of line, and raise them to be respectful and disciplined.
Character matters.
Discipline matters.
But this Scripture reaches further.
It also calls us to help young people understand:

Who they are
-
What God has placed within them
-
How their abilities and talents are meant to be developed, and
-
How wisdom should guide the way they build their lives.
Many well-behaved children have grown into adults who still feel unprepared to navigate money, business, ownership, purpose, relationships, and opportunity.
They were taught how to work hard, but not always how to create.
They were encouraged to look for work, but not necessarily to use their own minds, gifts, hands, and ideas to build, employ others, and create lasting value.
This is not a criticism of past generations. Many could not teach what they had never been taught themselves. But the effects of that gap are still visible in the financial instability, limited ownership, unrealized potential, and repeated patterns that continue across families and communities.
Shaky foundations do not produce stable houses.
The Josiah Order™ exists to strengthen that foundation.
By grounding children and youth in Kingdom principles and equipping them with practical knowledge in finance, business, leadership, identity, communication, and stewardship, we are helping a generation:

When King Josiah discovered that essential truth had been neglected, his response was:
“Go and inquire of the Lord for me and for the people … about what is written in this book that has been found.” — 2 Kings 22:13
Josiah did not accept inherited patterns as permanent. He sought wisdom, restored what had been lost, and established a stronger foundation for the generation entrusted to him.
