Cancellation Policy

At Karlene Millwood International Inc., we value your time and commitment to your leadership journey. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies to all paid services: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any penalties. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. Emergency Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies can happen. If you experience a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your session, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer exceptions to the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. By booking a paid service with Karlene Millwood International Inc., you agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
