Cancellation Policy
Availability & Inquiries: Please get in touch with us directly via email or phone to check availability. All inquiries should be made at least 4-6 weeks before the event to ensure availability and adequate preparation time. Booking Confirmation: A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Travel & Accommodation: For events outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, travel, meals, and accommodation expenses will be covered by the client. These will be outlined and agreed upon during the booking process. Cancellations & Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional fees may apply depending on the notice given. Customization Requests: We encourage organizers to share event goals and audience details so that the keynote can be tailored to meet specific needs. Customization requests should be submitted no later than two weeks before the event date. Recording & Distribution: Permission is required for any recording or distribution of the keynote presentation. Please discuss your recording needs with us during the booking process.
