Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking Cancellation Policy Effective July 1, 2025 At Karlene Millwood International Inc. (KMI), we value your time and ours. To ensure excellence in service delivery and the efficient use of our calendar, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to others and maintain a smooth scheduling process. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%, or the forfeiture of the session (for pre-paid packages or retained services). Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at our discretion. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full session fee and may be required to pre-pay for future bookings. Repeated Cancellations Three or more late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited future booking privileges or the termination of our engagement.
