Strengths and Weaknesses
Don't focus on your weaknesses. Play to your strengths.
The more you embrace your TRUE YOU, is the wiser and more intelligent you become. Your growing self-awareness helps you to understand things about yourself that you may not have understood before. You become more aware of the things that you can and cannot do, and what you are willing to tolerate in your life, or not. Some important things to understand about yourself are your strengths, weaknesses, capabilities and limitations. Your abilities determine your limitations and capabilities.​
Exercise 4
Focus on these four areas and write down what you have discovered about each of them as it pertains to you:

What are my strengths?

What are my weaknesses?

What are my limitations?

What are my capabilities?
Use that information to answer the following questions:

What am I doing right now that I need to let go of, or improve on?

What am I good at, and enjoy doing?

Can I accept that there are things that I cannot do?

What value do I add to my world?

What are the things that are holding me back?
-
What am I responsible for?
-
What am I not responsible for?
-
What action can I take to minimize my weaknesses and limitations?

Always focus on your strengths. What steps can you do to improve and keep on growing in your strengths and capabilities?

Can you identify any hindrances to numbers 8 and 9? How can you overcome them?
